30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you can request a return through our support team by calling 1-800-440-9476 ext.3. Products may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for paying any shipping charges

How To Return

If returning your item(s) to Enhanced Vision, you must first call our support team at 1-800-440-9476 ext.3 to request Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for the product(s) being returned minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please do not send any products back to Enhanced Vision without first calling our support team for a Return Authorization number.
